You won’t find more caring, skillful quality. Luckily after numerous mistakes in communication with Safelite, stay away from them, I decided to go local. Jodi at Tri County jumped into action and immediately I knew that all was going to go well. It did. My Range Rover looks showroom new, all on time as promised. And they can communicate, not talk at you.

The employees are great. Affordable glass repairs without any headaches. They also do service calls which helps a great deal. I highly recommend these guys they stand by their work.

I came to Tri-County after having terrible scheduling issues with Safelite.  Due to my car being a new vehicle with lots of sensors it needs a lot of time for calibration. Other locations informed me it would be an all day repair and couldn't give me a pick up time.  Tri-County was able to provide a drop off and pick up to time and sure enough I drove off their lot at the time they projected!  It was an awesome location to be able to grab coffee and food while killing time since I drove from Santa Maria for the repair, it's a quick walk to the beach.  I'll continue to bring my business here.

Everything was PERFECT! My passenger window was shattered during a trip to LA and I needed to get it replaced ASAP. I live in Goleta and called 7 different auto glass locations, no one else had a Yaris window in stock. They were fast, efficient, and friendly. They're located right behind Dune Coffee Roasters, it was a great place to wait. They even vacuumed out the rest of the glass bits I couldn't get to,  without me asking.  I'll recommend them to everyone in the future!

Tri-County is awesome. They stepped up and resolved windshield trim & molding issues on both of our cars when the local BMW dealer failed. Their prices are fantastic and the customer service is exceptional. Easy to schedule, quick in and out and very pleasant to work with. I'll be bringing my business to Tri-County from now on. Great great great customer service! Jodi took care of everything in a snap. I got a chip driving 101 to Santa Barbara & I came in the next morning to get it done before my drive back north. I arrived at 7:55am (they opened at 8am) & was greeted with a smile & everything went perfectly from there. $50 & back on the road in no time! Stop by Dune Coffee Roasters while you wait - but they're so quick you won't have to wait long!

A leak in the back window of my car was pouring rainwater into my back seat, and the dealership wanted $120 just to diagnose what the problem was. The guys at Tri County looked at it for free, and fixed it for less than the dealership wanted just to look at it. And they did it next day. It's been a few weeks and has rained multiple times and the back window is still dry as a bone. They were also really friendly people. I've recommended them a bunch of times now.

They were able to replace my windshield at nearly $100 cheaper than what Safelite quoted me. 3 hours to replace the windshield and it was good to go. Drove it home on the freeway and it's looking good. There was a slight miscommunication regarding pick up, but I was able to get there and pick up my car in time. Service was friendly and instructions on windshield care were clear.

Friendly down-to-earth people, they were very prompt and fit me in at their earliest convenience. Jodi was amazing, their estimates were fast over the phone, and my window looked as good as new. I would recommend Tri-County to anyone who needs window replacement/repairs.
